DH and I decided we won?t buy gifts for each other this year. We just buy whatever we want anyway. Plus multiple purchases have been made as of late and I don?t think we are done yet. I?ll get something for my Mom, probably clothes. And then for the kids we decided to do gift cards and/or cash. Most of them have been complaining about being strapped for cash lately, so perhaps they can use the Christmas money to do something fun!
DH hates buying gifts which bugs me a little bit. I got him a few things including a 2 night stay at a hotel in Hollywood Beach on the boardwalk that we admired when we walked around there a couple of months ago. Last year I did the same on Block Island.

The person who doesn't drink could regift the wine if he received it. Do you have a suggested $ amount for gifts so they aren't all over the place?
You can take the polish off anytime but they do feel like normal nails so I personally wouldn't just do them for a couple of days. I have extremely soft nails so they have actually made them stronger while on so they are slightly longer than usual (they normally break or tear). Supposedly to remove them you just soak in warm water for a while and then use a wooden stick to push them off. We shall see...

Late post! I was having too much fun with my window robot. Even the cleaning pads from inside windows were turning red from the dust here. I wonder if my lungs are red? I got 35 windows sides done today. 20 in my bedroom, 7 in the hallway to my room and 8 in my living room. Woohoo! DianeS, I suppose bird strikes will increase, but I have had some luck with UV window cling squares on the most common strike windows. I would guess it's cut the strikes about 50-60%? It's time to replace them. They last about 4-6 months.
I was geeking out so hard on the robot, two of my friends bought one today. Ha! I should get a commission. I've not had great luck with Roomba's and this is similar technology, so I didn't have high hopes, but wow.
Tomorrow the scorpion barrier people come to touch up the product around my house. And a painting I bought for my living room in October is finally getting delivered. I can't wait! At some point I need to go grocery shopping and of course, play with my robot some more.
Tonight I went to the opening of the Sedona Art Center Christmas market. So much cool stuff. I bought a bunch of handmade ornaments and two ceramic pieces. Fun night.
That robot is amazing! Can you do the outside with it using an extension cord?
Thats a somewhat disturbing thought about breathing in the red dust. I guess that could happen anywhere there is a lot of dust in the air though.
