201.9 Headed in the right direction at least. Luckily, I had decent session with my NUT. I find that accountability helpful. It's also great to speak with someone who truly understands the weirdness of eating disorders and how the eating disorder can infiltrate so many levels of thinking processes. My life is so much easier on the food/weight front being able to live harmoniously with the eating disorder rather than fighting against it all the time.
I had a good pity party and tantrum yesterday over the ultrasound results. I was feeling better by the evening. It was hard messaging hopeful puppy people telling them there would be no puppies available. So you all know, when a large dog has a single puppy it's a given c section. A single puppy will generally not generate enough hormone production to trigger labor. In the old days before ultra sound single pups often died in utero, fully developed ready to be born because mama never went into labor. The expense of this single pup will be prohibitive. When all is said and done, I estimate that bringing the pup into the world will be upwards of $7K. That would not be an issue with even a litter of 3 or 4. I could break even, which is always my hope. Oh well, it is what it is.
Not much else going on. Ordered Dad a new walker which I will assemble and deliver today. Also, will go take pics of the Brussels Griffon pups today. It's time to choose which puppy Aunty Kathryn will keep.
Hope everyone enjoys their Saturday!
Well let's hope it is a perfect singleton one way or another.

121.2. Liz gave her .4 to me and I don't want it! Strange because I didn't eat that much yesterday because of the tooth extraction.
Went to the art fair in Downtown Fort Myers today. It was really nice! Didn't buy anything but did find a little art gallery that I may send samples of my work to. I bet it is hard getting in there!
We ate lunch downtown and had the best lobster rolls! Served warm with oodles of butter. If I don't lose the .4 lbs Liz gave, it will be well deserved!
Sunning by the pool right now! Temp is actually 78 and beautiful!
Tomorrow is a class for newcomers at church at 9:30 and then our regular service at 11:00. 55 plus Bible study has resumed I guess but is canceled tomorrow night for the superbowl. I won'****ch it but perhaps DH will!
DH flys out first thing Monday morning for 6 days in WI. SDD will be getting a cochlear implant and has asked for help during her recovery. I have yet to drive down here yet! Guess I'll get my practice soon enough!
Is SDD very deaf? We have a friend who is not completely deaf but can't really catch all of people's words unless they are facing her. She lost her hearing at birth (was a preemie) so she was lip reading and using homemade sign language before she even knew what that was.
I'm taking back part of the .4 today LOL.

That makes sense!

Greetings all
The fog is finally back. Came in last night but it is not thick. I am waiting for my hair to dry and also my favorite sweat shirt so I can go out and about. The galley is running short of coins and such and DH managed to come up with a bunch of them from various drawers and hidey holes. Then I need the gym and a few errands. No clue what's for dinner tonight - maybe more grilled sandwiches. I did get stuff to make chili for the super bowl.
Bats CC!!!!! Not good. I don't think I would like bats in my house. However my studio buddy friend likes them because the ones around here eat mosquitoes and other bad stuff. Quite the image of the bat capture using a tennis racket!! I once had a squirrel get inside my house and used a humane trap but it was in there for two nights before I got it. And yeah once you can't leave the house then that is all you think about. In your picture it looked like a beautiful day for a race. Enjoy.
Glad the tooth was not too terrible Paula. Soup indeed.
Peps too bad it is just a single puppy. Kind of too bad for the puppy too though in your house there are plenty of dog aunts and uncles. When I was a kid we had a dachshund that had a single puppy which we kept. One huge puppy c section.
We watched the rest of the olympics opening ceremony today. It was good though there were a few lame spots. I do love European artsy stuff. I like watching winter sports though curling is not my thing.
The frogs are doing their croaking thing. quite loud at night. Might need to do some frog art.
Beware of the stink eye Liz.
