119.4 - minus .2. Definitely hovering
Not much sleep last night: 3-3.5 hours. I read from 4 am until I got up at 6:30 after lying there not falling back asleep for a long time. Maybe worrying about returning to normal in a few days. Who knows?
Yesterday was only a one deer day, but what a beautiful buck. No fear as it walked across in front of me by only about a foot or two. They will run if the dog gets too close and barks or if we make a quick movement, but if we move slowly and quietly they just seem curious. Definitely should not be feeding them anything as I am guessing that is part of why they are so fearless (and perhaps also why we have seen them several times in the trailer park across the street).
We heard great music yesterday. Yes, Paula, I am a Tiki Bar lover! Always in search of a new one to try out LOL.
Not sure of the plan today but I think there may be some beach time (we only went one other time in the last 2 weeks). We may do a last Key West visit tomorrow afternoon. We leave Saturday to spend Valentine's night in Captiva and see how it fares. The last time we were there was about a year after Hurricane Ian and there was a lot of rebuilding that needed to happen. Also, will be interesting to see how much of the greenery is back as it was all brown back then.
In the meantime have a thriving Thursday!

192 after a yummy dinner at Elote (terrific Mexican restaurant here), so pretty pleased with that.
Yesterday we went to Montezuma's Castle, a National monument of cliff dwellings here. Really cool.
There was also a dog walk in there, a grocery store visit and dinner out, plus Olympics watching.
Today there are no plans other than I need to mail something and walk the dog.
Everyone seems to be having a nice time and Kirby is basically ignoring me in favor of them, which is a nice break!
I hope you all have a good day...
Greetings all
Overcast here but not too cold. I made a list this morning and got most of it done. Walked at the gym (apple watch counted one of two flights of stairs) and listened to old Phil Collins music. After that it was studio time and I made some ravens. The place is busy and there is hardly anywhere to park. We got our tax info from the accountant and oy vey we have to pay quite a bit. More than I expected. The state of California is not especially friendly to small businesses. After that I stopped at the hippie grocery for a few things including black bean burgers which we have not had for awhile (not on Liz's list).
CC that cliff dwelling looked really cool. Do you get to go in it or just admire. And yay not only to you have the folks visiting but you have Kirby day care. Fun.
Liz enjoy Capptiva island. Is that the place were everyone goes around in golf carts? Tiki bars are one thing we do not have here. There was a sort of tiki - ish restaurant for awhile but it is long gone.
The back yard is full of robins. We must have worms. Spring blooming is beginning. I have seen daffodils, redbuds, acacia trees and of course rhodies. No tulips yet. I have one rose bush that has bravely made one little bloom.
More shrimp tonight.
