Okay, I could not resist giving my BELOW 200 POUNDS pic its very own post. Finally got that 1 in the hundreds place! Have to be honest, too. I had extra bathroom time yesterday and I wondered if that would make the difference and it sure did! LOL! Gotta love a little Poop Attack!
Liz, I am looking forward to reading about your visit to Auschwitz. I'm doubt it will be "fun", but I bet it'll be worthwhile - even if quite sobering.
Have a dog coming over at 11:30 for a trim. Not really a client dog, since I co-own it and am going to be showing it, but not really one of mine either, so it feels like a client dog. Tonight I have a partner workout with my trainer. Not sure how that's going to go because she is inured, but she wants to work out.
Currently, I'm being entertained by Bug and Grizz rough housing. That little 9 pound puppy is brave. He gets right in there with Bug, who is close to 50 pounds, and just goes for it! They are a cute pair.
Not much else. I think I need to celebrate my entry in One-derland by doing a little Prime Day shopping. I think today is the last day of that sale. Or perhaps I shall go ahead and buy the two shirts I have had my eye on at Charles Tyrwhitt.
Thriving Thursday!
I understand how you feel. At least your closest are doing okay but so hard to have your friends in crisis.

Carry on packing is much easier if your trip does not need to include clothes for dress up events and different weather like the one you're currently on does. I did Italy in June for 15 days with a carry on, but everything was very lightweight clothes, and fun, but casual dresses, one pair of sandals, one pair of walking shoes, one hoodie. Same for Ireland, 10 days with a carry on, but only 1 easy to pack dress (which I didn't wear) and a lot of leisure wear that I could layer, and a raincoat. When I've needed a bigger suitcase, and we're moving about, I sometimes transfer 2 outfits or so to my smaller bag as I go. I still need to bring the big bag in or out (but not always, if it's a car trip, I leave it in the trunk), but I don't need to open it everyday. That helps.
I think I mentioned my niece needed to cancel on Tuesday, so I'm off here in a few minutes to get my haircut.
BFFs son was admitted to the hospital, so he is safe the next few days, and taking the first steps towards getting better. Roomies DH is starting chemo for pancreatic cancer, but also got into a study for a new drug at Mayo. My cousin called me last night, he is going to Mayo next week to start treatment for prostate cancer. I feel like DH and I are in the eye of a storm, where everything is calm in our center, but wild things are happening all around us. Trying to use our calm to help support the storm tossed ones.
