It is Thursday, so we must be in Kraków. Apparently OH has some security lacking so WI-FI in Poland doesn't like it. I have to make OH entries while under cellular coverage. I couldn't do it at DSS's home or this hotel.

We are touring Auschwitz today, leaving at 7 am (I have been up since 5). It is over an hour from here. The Warsaw uprising museum was quite somber yesterday, but this will be so much more so. It will be cool so I have to cobble some clothing together to provide some warmth.

As mentioned yesterday, I really am having a tough time with the repacking and the luggage dragging. Maybe it would be better if I was a better packer and could do it in a carry-on? Somehow I don't think that would help enough though. Something to really think about if I go with DD to Ireland next year because my previous trips there involved moving to a new place each day. I was much younger then.

Time to get showered for the day. Have a thoughtful Thursday!

I put recipes in a photo album on my phone too, I felt like I saved a turkey meatball one at some time but I definitely haven't made it. I look forward to trying yours!

Keeping our mouth healthy is a necessary evil. It seems like the dentist has to do a lot of redos on fillings at our age and the crowns seems to be a result of old fillings breaking down the tooth? I think they get more brittle? Like our bones probably.

You look quite healthy where you are but you will make the best decision for yourself. Somewhat funny but not is DH is realizing that a lot of his clothing is way too large but because he HATES spending money on clothing he is resisting buying much. He did buy new jeans, a couple of pairs of shorts and a belt only because he didn't want them falling off. He actually said (in jest I hope) that maybe he should gain some weight back do he can fit better into his too large clothing. Guys!

DH and I have had some discussions recently about traveling and my epiphany about how tiring I am finding the packing/repacking/hauling the suitcase.

So sorry to hear about your friend's son but good that he is getting help. They are so vulnerable at a young stage of their lives that some kids can't put things in perspective. Hopefully counseling can help him get through this patch.

Darn rodents! Just like the mice and my car! Remember that my automobile policy had rodent coverage? Maybe homeowners does too?

The weather here in Poland was beautiful the first day we were here, but was rainy, cool (60) and yucky yesterday. Today it is supposed to be somewhat warmer and the rain hopefully will stop by late morning. London from Friday to Tuesday is supposed to be sunny and 80. Perfect for the clothing I brought (I am struggling to find warm enough layers here right now).

I don't get it! They test my dad for flipping EVERYTHING the minute he walks in the hospital. First thing they do is get his blood and ask for a urine sample. FFS! Makes no sense to me whatsoever.

Good lord, it's not even a complicated or expensive test! I bet your Dad does feel discouraged in the moment when he keeps dealing with this. But as you said, it's not going to get you today! Your Dad vs 100 million stents and he's still standing!!
