Maybe do the beach and relax? I have only been to Texas once for a meeting in Dallas. I'd love to see Galveston. The only 2 places I saw were the airport and the hotel hosting the meeting.

I haven't done a balloon ride! I think I prefer to watch from the ground. Every time I think about it, there is a horrific accident somewhere in the world and it reminds why I should enjoy them from afar...
122.4, I think.
Packed stuff all day! I'm wiped out! Also sold a bunch more stuff on FB Marketplace! Very little stuff left and our house looks like a poor college kid's first apartment. Very bare and mismatched.
I think I will kill myself (or someone else) if this house sale falls through again (I highly doubt it will). We are definitely too far down the rabbit hole now!
Too tired for individual shout outs tonight (sorry)! But know I treasure each one of you!
I am petrified of heights. Just the thought of going up in a hot air balloon gives me anxiety.

That would traumatize me too, Liz! Those coyotes do dart out in front of you at times of day you wouldn't expect them. I hope the damage to the car isn't too expensive. Gorgeous pictures!
7 balloons I could see today and the wind was right to have them drift over me. I enjoyed my coffee watching them in the backyard while Kirby ripped a branch off a pine tree (grr) and chewed the needles off of it next to me. Piney fresh breath!
There are two companies that do balloon tours here and you can tell which is which by their balloons which match each other and their launching point. (Red Rock Balloons which are yellow, red, and blue has the better launch point than Northern Lights Balloon Expeditions which are yellow and green). So it's always interesting when an unidentified balloon enters the mix. I haven't seen this one before, but it was kind of pretty:
I've made a list of chores! Yesterday I bagged up all the balls that floated out of my rain chain pot (did I tell you about that? I had used kiddie ball pool balls as filler in the giant pot topped with a layer of rocks to hide them. We got so much rain that after being there two years, they floated out and covered my yard. They'd been cleaned up and put into the outdoor kitchen sink and a storage box, but needed to go in the trash). I also cleaned the filthy glass doors on the six very high kitchen cupboards requiring the big ladder and a squeegee. Not a lot off the list, but two things that were bugging me. 18 more things on the list and probably many more I haven't remembered to put on there yet.
That's it from here. Looking forward to seeing Liz tomorrow! The weather is great for her visit.
