We Did It!
Worried or scared because you feel your eating too much after surgery?
Feeling like you can eat almost anything and you have been out of surgery for only 10 months or a yr or sooner!Thats what Im going through !Yes, I knew surgery wouldnt fix me. I even took a 6 month corse on how to train myself to eat better before the gastric .But, Im only human and Im sure Im not the only one out here with this going on, so back to trying wiegh****chers and calorie watch ?not sure on how to handle this.Im 25 pounds away from my goal weight I have lost 120 pounds in 9month now I need some advise?!
