Well, it’s official! You’re on the losing side for a month now. I hope that all went well for you! Your journey will have moments to “pause” – I’d like to impart some words of wisdom for when it does occur - remember these wise words whispered by Confucius – “It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.” Be patient. You didn’t put it on over night, it won’t come off over night (DARN IT!)… RNY 10/31/03 – down 81 pounds!!! Good luck!

Robin... Thinking of you this evening. I hope everything goes well tomorrow. Hope it actually happens and that you have a speedy a recovery as 'unremarkable' as mine. Wish I could be there to give you 'on the spot' support. But my prayers and thoughts are with you. When I get back and you are on the OTHER side, we'll have to get together.
