Hi Kim, Well you are about to take a great journey to prove to yourself how awesome you are. I'm 1 mon post op and I must tell you it was much easier having WLS than some previous surgeries I had. Third week was a bit harder for me so I hoping and praying it all goes smoothly for you. Will be saying extra prayers for you Monday morning. BTW, morning of I was so tranquil and very relaxed, I entrusted my life to my surgeon and let him know that. When I woke up I was smiling I was told asking if I was skinny yet. LOL should only be that easy...no such luck, its a full time job I'm proud to do. I waited 2 yrs to get this surgery and taking every opportunity to make the right choices. Good luck on your upcoming surgery! Mine was in November and I'm down 75 pounds. It's the best thing I ever did for myself. Soon you'll have a great weight loss tool to use for the rest of your life!
