"To say Dr. Giles is nice is an understatement. He asks SO many questions, but listens intently to your answers. He writes everything down. He wants to know your feelings towards life after this surgery. He was very thourough and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable with him. He invited me to the support group and described that as well. He talked about the risks and the benefits. We talked about how they pertain to me. He has a sense of humor, which I need. He looks you in the eye. All in all, I feel very very calm and feel that I will be able to trust him. "
