"Of the 10 family members (including myself) that have had this surgery, 6 were performed by Dr. Milton Owens. He struck me as being a perfectionist. I felt he would take great pains to ensure everything went well and scaring would be nice and neat and minimal. He did and it was! He has a wonderful staff and they make you feel like a part of a loving family."
