Hi, Jackie as I called her had her surgery and her husband said she was doing fine and will be home tomorrow or thursday, prob be thrusday since she was still in recovery when he call. I will try again to contact her room tonight. the phone no was wrong and I had a time to get the right no. Thank to everyone for your prayers for her. she is a very special person. Talk to you later

jacqueline, I am having the surgery tomorrow also.!!!! I will be having dr laws perform my laprny. I wish you all the best. We will be posties together. This is the first step to the rest of our lives. I will pray for you a speedy and complication free recovery. prayers and hugs!!! denise g

JACQUELYN--Congratulations and good luck on your upcoming WLS. You are in my thoughts and prayers-this is the best decision you could have made for your future health. I, too, had surgery on 8/2/01 and Dr. Clements did my surgery. You were RIGHT ON when you said that he was the absolute best there is when it comes to this surgery. I had absolutely no problems whatsoever--no pain, no recovery time, NO ANYTHING except steady weight loss. To date I have lost 118 pounds and feel and look great!! Welcome to the losing side!
