Hey Jacquelyn! Good for you, hope your knew life will be very exciting. Just think of all the fun things you will be able to do. I can't wait until my day comes. I don't even have a date yet but I know it will happen someday. Just a side note my grandaughter's name is Jacquelynn. My daughter put an extra "n" on the end of Jacquelyn because Lynn is my middle name. Anyway good luck and looking forward to seeing you progress.

Jacquelyn, I would have loved to be your angel however, my surgery is the day before yours...March 11th. I will say a strong prayer for the both of us. Good luck...See you on the other side!

Hi Jacquelyn, I am new at this too. But I want you to know I will pray for you on the day of your surgery and after. I go for my pre-op on the 13 th of March and mine will be in April. Please know you are not alone and I will pray that you will sense God's peace and comfort the whole way. LOL Doris Mack

Jacquelyn, I'm wishing you a successful, complication free surgery and a quick, smooth recovery. I had my open RNY on Dec. 10, 2001 and I have absolutely NO regrets other than not having done it several years ago. It is, without a doubt, the best thing I could have done for myself.
