46 year old African American female. Mother of 3 biological children. Married 27 years. Love the Lord. Saved since 1975. Weight gain started during childbearing years, early 1980's. 1st child my weight went back to normal. But when I got pregnant with my son, I was huge, did not lose the weight and got pregnant with third child on top of the weight. Never got back to normal weight and size 7. Tried WL programs. Atkins lost 35 pounds in 2003, gained it all back and more. Presently 251 pounds, normal weight should be 130. Medical issues have been diagnosed. All my children are grown now. I have always done everything for everyone else. Now it is time for me to live a full and happy life. My latter shall be greater than my past.
