"I have resumed my search for a surgeon who will do a revision for me. I have a consult with Dr. Husted on Sept 21st. 2005. I have not met him yet, but have spoken to Jamie on his staff and she is a really sweet person. It is an 8 or so hour drive from Kershaw to Nashville, but if they can help me it will be well worth the $3+ a gallon to drive there!! I am so looking forward to my visit. I will post more after the appointment.
9/23/05--It was WONDERFUL!! Such a great group of professionals! and gas was only in the $2.75 to $2.90 range, so that was better than I expected!! Dr. Husted is a very caring and concerened individual. He will be able to work with me, eventhough, I have had 3 previous stomach surgeries!! Several other surgeons I saw wouldn't even consider doing any kind of surgery to help me loose weight. but Dr. Husted actually took time to read the upper GI films and figure out a way to help me!!
