"Some of the nursing staff had no clue about a c-pap machine. Some were very unresponsive and not understanding. I had a problem with my I.V. and the nurse LyLy ignored it until Lynne, the next day, insisted that it had to come out. My hand looked like a baseball. LyLy said that it was fine - ha!"
"After hearing such glowing reports about Dr. Ali, I was excited to meet with him. I was not disappointed. He is kind, patient and very knowledgable. My husband and I went in with a list of typed questions and Dr. Ali was more than happy to address each one. He did not make us feel rushed nor did he find any of our questions silly (at least he didn't let on). We even asked him for his numbers on how many laps and opens he had done and what his complication rate was. He seemed very comfortable and answered without hesitaion. I feel great having him as my Doctor."
