"Dr. Papasavas was great, he explained everything in great detail, including all the risks involved. He allowed plenty of time for any questions. I thought his office staff was great also, they were very nice and also allowed time for any questions we may have had. He didn't talk about any aftercare but I am guessing that that will come at a later time. I would rate him and his staff at least a 9. I think surgical competence and bedside manner are each very important. I guess I'll see how both of those go later."
