"My first impression was that he was a very experienced and knowledgable surgeon in this field. His office staff and all the staff at the Barix clinic are amazing! They are kind, thoughtful and willing to spend time with you and answer ALL your questions and address your concerns. After-care appears to be just as important to Dr. Schram and his staff as the actual surgery. The clinic offers life time care for their patients. Dr. Schram and his staff addressed all the risks of the surgery. I felt they were honest and upfront about details. The seminar I attended was very well planned and organized as well as being wonderfully informative. Dr. Schram has an awesome bedside manner and made me feel completely comfortable in his surgical competence. This is his specialty and he knows it inside out. I have tried to find something negative, but I just can't! "
