"Very personable. Not condescending at all. Patient with questions. Very intelligent. Very straighforward on possible complications and risks. Will not do surgery unless patient is truly committed and willing to do the work. Impressions have been consistent over time. Office staff is very helpful, very pleasant. Respond quickly to questions. Only problem is with billing staff who truly seem confused and possibly incompetent, but in the big scheme of things, this is, so far, a minor annoyance. I really like everything about him and appreciate his emphasis on aftercare and its importantce. The WISH Center really emphasizes sticking with the program. I have recommended him to others and would give him a 10 for excellence as a rating. Both his experience and competence and his bedside manner are terrific."
