Finally stopped hovering

I am so happy that I finally stopped hovering and I am losing weight again! I stepped up my drinking of water and exerising more! But had a bad day with NO energy yesterday..the holy spirit was the only thing that got me through the two worship services! But this morning I am feeling much better after sleeping in!
