Hello everyone.  Thank God I am feeling better by the day!  I have been discouraged in the past week.  One day I will lose a pound only to find it back on the scale a day or two later.  But today I weighed and the scale showed that I weigh 305.  WOW  Maybe it is all worth the pain after all.  Merry Christmas to you all.
