"Dr. Aranow exuded confidence, but not cockinesss. He was very upfront about the risks, and the complications that have happened to his patients. He has learned alot from those lessons, and his current patients will benefit from that. His program is great, and he will not perform surgery on someone that he feels is too great a risk - I admire that."
