Pamela, Congratulations on your up coming surgery. Wanted you to know that I was thinking about you our prayers are with you. I know this will make a positive change in your life. Before you know it, you will be up and around enjoying your new life. I am thrilled with my results check out my profile for all the weight and inches I have lost in the past 9 months its been wonderful. Hello Pamela ~ My prayers and best wishes are with you as you take the first steps down the path to a healthier and thinner you. Just remember your overall attitude plays a large role in your recovery, keep it POSITIVE and ask lots and lots of questions. I look forward to reading the "updates" to your profile as your journey progresses. Dont forget to walk, walk, WALK right after surgery, no matter how tired you are......AND get your vitamins, protein and water in daily, lots and lots of both, your health depends on it. There is a learning curve, per se', with this surgery. Don't expect to have it all down to a fine art immediately, give yourself a 90 day grace period that comes with a deadline! YOU CAN DO IT!
