"My stay was horrible the nurses were rude it took them 15 mins to come to my room to change my IV, also my PCA stopped and i kept telling the nurse and she told me to lay down that it was working I just needed to rest ,I was in pain so I asked for the head nurse, when the head nurse came she found out that I went about 3 hrs without my pain meds and I keep telling the nurse but she wouldn't listen. After I got the head nurse involved my stay after that was ok. If i had a choice I would have never went to Gateway."
