Hey Girl , tomorrow is your big day the start of the new you . Trust is a learning experience about you and your body but it is worth it , I'm two week's out 20 pound's lighter and happier ,, as each day goes by I'm learning to love my self again -- I'm loving it !! I'm praying for you girl ,, hope you have a speedy, painless recovery !! Keep in mind the more you walk ,, less the gas pain ,,, so walk - walk , sip -sip , and rest every change you get....

Tuesday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else.
