"It's been a 1 1/2 yrs since my sleeve and it is as if my life has just begun. I am so much more active and healthy. I can enjoy the little and I mean little things in life. I can sit in a chair at a movie theater and there is room left. My husband loves the fact that now he can wrap his arms all the way around me. I have a 15 yr old daughter who tells me that she loves the idea of being able to go into my closet and taking out whatever I have that she wants to wear. It's an awesome feeling. I actually have a self esteem now. I don't run and hide from mirrors and I love trying on clothes. I can go on and on about how amazing things have been for me since the surgery. I totally recommend it to anyone. If you are contemplating the idea come into the office and talk to Pamela. It has been one of the best decisions I have made in my life. Not a day goes by that I don't thank God for Dr. Andrei and his staff. It is because of the awesome work that they do that I feel the way I do.. "
"I had a gastric sleeve done in July of 2011 and it has to have been the best decision I have ever made. Prior to surgery I was unable to walk a flight of steps carrying my 7 month old son. Now after 8 months and approx 80 lbs I not only can carry him up and down the stairs I carry my 3 1/2 yr old daughter and run and play with them. I am a police officer and actually feel like now I can do my job properly. I am also a good example to my 14 yr old daughter. I tell her all the time that I don't want her to have to go thru what I went thru with weight. Now we can actually exercise and train Karate together. I owe it all to God for bringing me to Dr. Andrei. The office staff, Pamela and Dr. Andrei made me feel so comfortable when I walked into this office about a year ago. It was then that I knew this surgery was going to be a life changing experience for me. Now thanks to all they have done to help me thru this process, the guys at work are constantly telling me that I have to stop losing weight. They say that I look like I am disappearing. What is also very rewarding for me is that now my husband and my parents enjoy buying me clothes as gifts because they can actually find very nice clothes that fit me.. Thanks Dr. Andrei, Pamela and everyone else at the office because this truly has been an experience for me. I feel like I have found myself all over again. "
