Loong time

Well, I am six mo po.  I go for 6 mo f/u June 1st.  I weighed yesterday at Dr. Bour's office and I am at 222.  It is unbelievable.  I started at 372 in March 2008.  I am down 150 lbs. 
Life is soooo different.  I feel like I am in a different body.  I find new things I can do easier every day.  I actually LOOK FORWARD to mowing grass.  It's great exercise and I can do it, no problem.  I used to be forced to pay to get it done!  Anyway, just thought I'd check in.  Life is good.  I am in a size 18!!!!!!  I never thought I'd see that again.  I can shop at regular stores....woohoooo!
