Nine weeks tomorrow. Down 41 pounds, yeah! Officially one clothing size, boy those 2x's were tight!!! On second week of c25k. Had to start over due to my consistent lack of consistency. HaHa. I feel good. I still eat too fast, especially dinner when we have worked late and I feel like I am starving. PMS week, not a lot of cravings for chocolate like I used to get. I have been eating to many carbs. New goal to cut that shit out. I also am still hungry at bedtime, although the amount I eat is waaayy less. I am self pay. I have made two payments so far and haven't minded it a bit. I would do it again tomorrow. It's raining out and I am trying to motivate myself to go run.
