One year has come and gone....
Feb 21, 2012
My one year surgiversary has come and gone. I am a little disappointed that I didn't achieve my personal goal of 150 lbs. I am in size 10-12 pants, far cry from 26. I have done well, but I wish I could of done a bit better. I still don't weigh myself, except for when I go to Dr. appointments. But on a more positive note, I can run, X-Country ski, dance like nobody's business, and do yoga. I feel good, and I think I don't look to bad either. I have asked for a referral for tummy tuck and breast lift. Hopefully, I will have that done in the next year. And most of all, I have the energy to keep up with my boy. He was the reason I wanted to have surgery, and I am pleased to say he has to catch up to me now. So heres to all our successes, big and small. I have met alot of amazing people on this journey and feel very blessed. Hopefully, I will lose the last 20 lbs within the next 6 months.
