OK So I'm done with all my pre op stuff.....I've left Messages for my Surgeons office to call me back and give me a date!!! My referral expires 6.24.08........and she hasn't called me back!!!!!!!!!

So I have one more appt with my dietician and then she says my Dr can submit a request to the PA for Surgeon approval.......
