Hello,

I am just over 1 month post op and just today I am experiencing my limbs getting tingling close to falling asleep. Has anyone experienced this? Worth a doctor call? It's not the position I am in. Hmmm.

How long does it take you to get your daily meds down? I'm only 1 mo out but I feel like I had to wait a good chunk of time in-between each med to settle in my stomach. I'm sure this will get better but right now I feel like my day is consumed with taking meds. Are you ever able to pop them all at once further out being healed? Thanks!

I am 4 weeks post op. I know everyone's diet instructions are different. However, what does your nutritionists suggest should be your macros per meal? Mine just tells me to focus on protein being 58g-79g/500-800cal/64oz fluid(per day) and make sure sugar is under 5g per meal. Everyone talks about carbs and I am curious about numbers on what that should be? I feel like when they are too high it makes me potentially dump but I don't know what that number is. It makes it hard to understand food labels when I'm not sure what exactly the numbers should be. Thanks!
