Emotional victory! I'm sitting here in tears on a plane. I'm sure those around me wonder what's wrong with me. At 2 weeks and 2 days post RNY, I have lost enough belly that the seat belt fits! No more extender humiliation! This is such a huge win for m

Had my RNY early this morning, and just started adding sips of protein to my diet.  I feel good, not much pain, and have been up walking the halls twice already.  So glad to put this behind me and get started on my new life! ðŸ‘

I am new here, and up to now have just been perusing all the helpful entries. There is so much experience and wisdom represented on this site - it is such a great resource!
