Hello Everyone, I am 61 years young and really hoping to gain control of my life back... So that I may lead a healthy independent life for many many years ... I had my sleeve surgery on 12/11/14 in Mexico due to insurance problems. I followed the advice of someone I trust completely and had a positive experience. Alas I do not have the support of any professional's now. That said I was directed to your website and have been quite inspired by all that you are willing to share... I gather that weight loss is different for everyone none-the-less I must say I am a bit disappointed in mine 16lb's. My stomach is still quite sensitive and I am challenged as I am a vegetarian and can't yet eat fruits or vegetables... Any support or advice you could provide would be greatly appreciated !
