Hi ya'll! I'm not sure where to begin but here goes...I had Lap-band 10 years ago and it has been on overal disaster. I lost about 30 lbs, which sounds great, except I was miserable the whole time. Constant nausea and vomiting. Having the band filled and emptied and then filled again. It was a constant cycle until I just stopped going back to the Dr after the last drain in 2013. Needless to say, I've gained all the weight back and I still have all kinds of pain. I am finally having this bloody band removed and my new surgeon is doing a gastric bypass. I am very excited to have the surgery! I am so over being fat, tired, and sick all the time! I want to enjoy my time with my kids and my husband.
