Hi there.
I'm a 38yr. old woman with a loving partner and 3 amazing kids. Last year I became a grandmother as well. I have been overweight since my first pregnancy weight gain of 70lbs over 20yrs ago. After dealing with being a young mom, messy divorce and years of self loathing, and finally tipping the scales at almost 400lbs; I am finally in a good place in my life ( loving relationship, stable fianancial situation, right head space) to begin my journey to a healthier me.
I have a date of 05/02/16 for my sleeve surgery and I'm looking forward to the process. I'm a tad scared but who wouldn't be? It's like being born again. Learning a completely different way of life.
