just wanted to give an update. Had my surgery on the 19th . First day was very challenging. Lots of nausea , discomfort etc. I feel like I have been gradually getting better . I am having so much trouble drinking the expected 64 oz . Started protein shakes today and was only able to take 8 oz. 

i have a question. Does feeling full after surgery change? I feel almost like a pain in the middle of my chest when I drink too fast or too much

also have noticed that one of the incision site seems swollen and tender to touch . Seems like this is normal.

Anyway I just hope things would get better as days pass

Hi there!

This is my first post but Inhave been browsing the website for a few weeks. I have my surgery scheduled for this Thursday! . My highest weight was 215 . Right now about 190. I have other issues other than my weight going on, so batiatrix surgery is the best option for me. I few months ago I was very excited about this. Tonight feeling very nervous about it. I know that this most be a normal kind of feeling :-). Just wanted to put myself out there. I will update as soon as I can after my surgery! Thanks for this amazing website!
