I have Orientation Monday and I did not fill out the form because I got a cancellation and the form is in the mail. Do you think that will be a problem that I don’t have the forms. Just thought of this. Thanks

hi everyone, happy New year. I have been looking at the new OHIP wait time website and it says some Hospitals in Toronto has little wait time like 30 days for the surgery....it’s that true?
