Just beginning my WLS journey. Planning to have mini gastric bypass in Mexico Spring 2017 (I'm self-pay with no health insurance coverage for wls). I appreciate any advice you can provide. I've battled obesity my whole life. Within the last year I've reached my highest weight. For me this is about my health and happiness in life. It's time I do something for myself. I want to lead a happier, healthier life and not be trapped in my body.
