I have always been a big person and always had a big appetite my entire life.  I tried everything to lose weight.  Personal trainers, every diet imaginable, medication, injections, etc... and I'd lose a little bit then while staying on course, however, the weight would always just start ticking back up no matter how much more I worked out or how strict I stayed to my diet.  No matter what I did, my weight slowly and consistantly continued to tick upwards.  My breaking point was last year (2021) when I was working out daily, saw a trainer 3 imes a week, doing Keto diet, and taking Wegovy injections but my weight was still increasing and nearing the 300lb mark.  I simply couldn't allow myself to get any bigger or buy bigger clothes.  I was doing everything right with no results.  My PC doctor suggested Bariatric Surgery however my insurance did not cover even a bariatric consultation in the USA.  So I started looking elsewhere and came across Endobraiatric and Dr. Guillermo Alvarez.  Two people I spoke with regularly on other weightloss support pages had gone to get the Gastric Sleeve done by Dr. Alvarez and both were over the moon happy with the surgery, Dr. Alvarez, the entire experience they had at the Endo hospital, and most importantly their results!!  Today is June 14th, 2022.  Exactly 3 months after my surgery and I have lost 45lbs so far.  The most I have ever lost!  My highest weight was 298 and my current weight today is 253.  My clothes fit better, people are noticing the change, but most importantly I feel SO MUCH BETTER!!!  I am no longer hungry all the time.  Immediately after the surgery I felt like someone flipped on the light switch to my energy.  I cannot remember when I have ever felt this much energy.  I stand at my desk at work for over half the day because I simply have too much energy to stay seated.  I'd be happy to elaborate on my experience start to finish from researching Endohospital to paying to traveling to actually being there and weeks after surgery if anyone is interested.  It was the best decision I have ever made.  I finally feel like I will be able to see what it's like to live in a normal sized healthy body.  Something I've never experienced in my entire life.  I cannot wait to go shopping for normal sized clothes.  I am saving money for a one year post-op shopping spree and I cannot wait to see where I am 9 months from now.
