I already have the results: minus 2 kg, a little left volumes, lost weight face. To be honest, it took the first four days to get involved, to adjust to the new regime.

All week I spent on a trip and ate mostly in a cafe, but as it turned out, to follow the food plan is quite real, even in the "field" conditions. The only difficulty I faced was to follow the programming of meals, the weight was determined by my eyes. I think if I kept a close eye on the portions, I could lose more. In General, the diet suited me very well, there is no feeling of hunger, a variety of products, there are options for replacing dishes, which is very convenient.

The workouts didn't seem too complicated to me and I like that they don't need any special equipment. During the first week I already managed to work out in the hotel, in the hall, on the street, at home. Now there are no excuses, you can train everywhere! I include a video on your phone, take the wireless headset and this brand doesn't bother anyone.

Next week, I will monitor my diet more strictly, and I am sure the results will not be long in coming.
