Well tomorrow I have my first appt at the clinic and I'm excited but nervous also...I don't know what to expect..they said it would take 2 hours...I need to bring papers that were to be filled out and what I ate the last 2 weeks...

I'm just beginning my journey and I'm just wondering...has anyone not needed a sleep study?...
