2000 went to France had adjustable gastric band- 360lbs. List 180lbs in 12 months! had band opened, had daughter, didn't close band and gained about 40 lbs. (220lbs). In 2013 work stress gained 30lbs(250) had band restricted and started lung aspirations while sleeping. Continued to gain weight on band..weigh 312lb today. Dr. found pouch dilated and esophagus dilated. 2017 endoscopy and monemetry show severe enlarged esophagus (3x) and poor swallowing ability with severe acid damage in esophagus. Current direction is revision from band to gastric bypass.
