Wishing you the best on your surgery tomorrow! My husband is also having RNY tomorrow and he is 65 years old. He's done very well with his 6 months of prep. Positive thoughts being sent your way....you've got this! :)

I am about 6 months preop for the bypass surgery. Any tips? I am at 340 lbs now, 5'11". on 1900 calorie diet plan more protein than carbs. Going to the gym 5/7 days. for about an hour.
