"Dr Miles did a wonderful job on my surgery. I do have complaintsome about his office staff. They were very unorganized. It was hard to get a call back about important issues. Several of my coworkers had the exact experience as I did. One friend called his office twice to schedule an appointment to have the lap band and to this day has never had a call back. There is one lady there that pretty much runs the office, all I can say is what a mess the office is. Don't get me wrong, he is a great Doctor and if you can get past his office help then you will be in good care. Maybe with enough reviews on the his help it might improve things for others. "
