I had so many health issues either from family heritage or obesity, such as Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure. I lost my older brother couple of years ago & he was only 38 he died from stroke & he was an obese patient too. This was a wake up call for me! I have a 23 years old son & I want be the for his kids. For me, the goal is not only, loosening weight & look pretty, No!! I’m seeking a better life, a good quality of life. That’s all!
