I'm a 46 yo mother of 1 young child. I became sick with chronic Lyme disease in 2011 and this is when my weight gain began. I was 124 lbs and all of the sudden my body developed tons of illnesses and I gained 100 lbs over the next 7 years. Due to my illnesses I cannot really exercise any longer and my knees, feet and hips have begun to hurt terribly. I knew I had to do something. My endocrinologist suggested a bypass but I decided on a sleeve. I'm scheduled for April 22, 2019 and so ready! I want to be as healthy as I can be for my child .I would love to find a surgery buddy.
