"I purchased some caramel shakes after finding a recipe on here and I wanted to try it. I really liked the flavor of the protein and it was even better as a pudding. I haven't had surgery yet but will be and this will for sure be the protein I use. They have a lot of different flavors in the ready to drink which is really helpful. I can't wait to try more."
