Hi ThinKat, You can add your surgery date by doing the following: Click * gear icon in the upper right hand corner Medical History Click to create the record or edit Click the surgery date field Calendar will pop up and use the arrows to go to the year 2011 Save Let me know if you need help. My surgery was actually Nov 11 2011, but the site wouldn't let me post that as my surgery date.  Anyway, I was a VSG patient in Denton, Texas.  My surgeon has since passed away ...
