"Dr. Wongsa is very nice and direct just like my friend said. He called my name and personally got me from the waiting room. He approached me with a sincere smile. My boyfriend and I went into his office and felt comfortable. He explained the procedure thoroughly and told me the pros and cons of my surgery. After he explained the procedure he gave my boyfriend and I plenty of time to ask questions. He was in no rush. His assistant Ruth as well as the rest of his staff are very friendly. I do wish, however, that he had some sort of structured aftercare program. "
