Hi Suzy, I was just reading your story and was inspired to say congratulations and great job. I had RYGP two years ago and am feeling great. I have had problems with the vitamins, though. I dont like the taste. I found some great vitamins that not only give 100% B12, Iron and Calcium but also have digestive enzymes to make them more available.
